Hydrotreating unit models based on statistical and fuzzy information

This paper presents the results of mathematical models’ development for hydrotreating reactor, stripping ??lumn, absorbers and furnace which are basic units block in catalytic reforming unit. Since these objects modeling unit Atyrau refinery operate conditions insufficiency fuzziness initial information, their models developed on basis a systematic approach, using available information different nature (experimental-statistical data, fuzzy from experts), with appropriate methods construction models. Mathematical models, describing dependence production output columns furnace, designed as nonlinear regression based experimental-statistical data. Whereas evaluating quality indicators generated products reactor columns, i.e., hydrogenation, hydrogen-containing hydrocarbon-containing gases built specialists-experts form multiple equations.
